The national railway carrier, Ukrainian Railways, will offer cargo hubs to businesses throughout the country.
The project for the first hub was presented in Vinnytsia during a meeting with representatives of the Vinnytsia Business Club.

The freight platform at the Vinnytsia railway station is being transferred to the balance of the intermodal operator of Ukrainian Railways – the center for transportation services "Lisky." This is a promising platform where handling of various types of cargo can be organized, according to Ukrainian Railways. This includes storage and transshipment from road transport to rail and vice versa.
In addition, the cargo hub in Vinnytsia is located near enterprises from various industrial sectors.
Similar facilities for businesses are planned to be presented in other regions of the country. Ukrainian Railways states that this will improve the vertical integration of cargo transportation and promote the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the regions.
Furthermore, the company plans to provide a full range of transportation services to cargo owners in the "nearest future," according to Ukrainian Railways.
