Here’s a list of documents required for conducting exporting and importing activities and transition through Ukraine. It includes a package of permit and certification documentation that allows goods to cross the country's border without obstacles.

Documents required for exporting goods from Ukraine:
Cargo Customs Declaration;
Original CMR;
Original Invoice in Ukrainian;
Packing List;
Certificate of Origin;
Phytosanitary Certificate (for plant products);
Veterinary Certificate.
Documents required for customs clearance of imports into Ukraine:
Originals of Bill of Lading – 3/3 with the recipient's accounting seal;
Shipper's instructions (if the Bill of Lading is warrant);
Refusal of the First Consignee (if the consignee is changed according to the Bill of Lading);
Confirmation of the new consignee's readiness to accept the cargo;
Letter of Agreement with the State Enterprise "Maritime Administration" (in case the cargo is placed on a sea transport unit);
Invoice with a translation into Ukrainian;
Power of Attorney from the Consignee for Customs Clearance indicating the cargo name in Ukrainian, Ukrainian Commodity Coding System code, and the exact place of cargo delivery;
Certified copy of the recipient's accreditation card at the customs;

Certificate of Quality;
Health Certificate for food products indicating the date of manufacture and shelf life;
