This type of containers is one of the most popular types of containers intended for the transportation of goods by sea. They are also known as dry shipping containers.

Sea freight in standard transport containers will ensure complete tightness of the transported goods. However, unlike refrigerated container types, they are not equipped with cooling and ventilation systems. If you need a special container – please inform about it when choosing the route of cargo and fill in the application form.

Sea container shipping is not complete without high cube containers. They are similar in structure to standard containers, but are higher of them – the maximum height of the high cube container is 2895 mm. Such containers are used for all types of general cargo (bulk carrier), however, they are especially suitable for the transportation of light, bulky and oversized cargo. Delivery of a 40-foot container is also possible by road, but information on this issue should be clarified.

Shipping container dimensions: what are the type to choose for transporting high loads?

20-foot platform container

Transportation of goods in 20-foot containers implies a high load capacity due to the strong shelving made of steel frame and two end walls, which can be fixed or collapsible. A number of mounting rings for lifting loads are installed on the side rails, corner racks and the floor, some of the containers are also equipped with pockets for loaders.
